I remember in the Sims 2, you could get free building materials (such as clear flooring, custom wallpapers, and other cool things not in the game) on the Sims 2 Exchange. My question is, in the Sims 3, does the Exchange have the same functionality?

The Spanish building material called “Yeso”. – is there a UK equivalent?

Not Ecky Boy asked:

Hello I wonder if anyone can help me.

I visit the Costa Blanca region fairly frequently and- in common with most Brits- I am fascinated with the Spanish style of house building. Their debonair, “flamenco” style of housebuilding is a wonder to behold.

I am particularly interested in a material I see them all using and I believe it is called “Yeso”. You mix it with water and it turns into a very hard material, almost rock hard. They use it to “botch” a variety of jobs, I even saw a suspended ceiling being installed, held in place with dods of Yeso just stuck on the roof.

As a keen Do-it-yourselfer and bodger myself, I wonder if there is an equivalent material to Yeso available in the UK?
